We work together using this range of tools, to create a positive environment and opportunity through movement and stillness, for release, healing and growth, and to promote enhanced health and happiness for reaching full potential.

Our group and 1-1 sessions are conducted in schools, colleges, community settings and online, and can also be held privately at Sakura Studio in Old Dalby.

Covid-secure measures we are adhering to for schools and children with Special Needs.

Regular hand-washing.
Regular hand-sanitising.
No attendance if unwell.
No hands-on adjustments and assists unless necessary.
No high energy Yoga or mouth-breathing techniques.
2M distancing where possible.
Adherence to school policy regarding face coverings and PPE.
Regular cleaning and sanitising of space and equipment.
